환불 정책
1. 구매 전 무료 체험
A's SAT Words는 결제 없이 1~3유닛(30단어)을 이용해 볼 수 있습니다. 구매 전에 학습 방식과 화면을 충분히 확인해 주세요.
2. 단순 변심에 의한 환불

디지털 콘텐츠는 제공이 시작되면 가치가 줄어드는 특성이 있어, 위 조건을 벗어난 경우에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 회사는 이를 위해 무료 체험을 제공하고, 결제 전에 이 내용을 알립니다.
3. 법령에 따른 환불
제2항과 관계없이 다음의 경우에는 환불을 받으실 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 내용이 표시·광고와 다르거나 계약 내용과 다르게 제공된 경우: 이용을 시작한 날부터 3개월 이내, 그 사실을 안 날(또는 알 수 있었던 날)부터 30일 이내
- 회사가 서비스를 종료하는 경우: 남은 이용 기간에 해당하는 금액
회원이 거주하는 국가의 법령이 더 넓은 환불 권리를 보장하는 경우 그 권리를 따릅니다.
4. 환불 신청 방법
- 계정 이메일로 admin@weenu.com에 환불을 요청해 주세요. 결제 영수증의 주문 번호를 함께 보내 주시면 더 빨리 처리됩니다.
- 또는 Paddle이 보낸 결제 영수증 메일의 안내나 paddle.net에서 직접 요청하실 수 있습니다.
5. 환불 처리
- 주문과 결제는 판매 대행사인 Paddle이 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 처리하므로, 환불금도 Paddle이 원래 결제 수단으로 돌려 드립니다.
- 회사는 요청을 받은 날부터 3영업일 이내에 환불 여부를 알려 드립니다. 실제 입금까지 걸리는 기간은 카드사와 결제 수단에 따라 다릅니다.
- 환불이 완료되면 해당 구매로 부여된 이용 기간이 줄어듭니다. 학습 기록은 삭제되지 않습니다.
- 44일 완주 약속으로 받은 무상 연장 기간은 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

Refund Policy
If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails to the extent permitted by the law of your country.
Try before you buy
Units 1 to 3 (30 words) are free, so you can see how the app works before paying.
Change of mind
- 3-month program: full refund within 7 days of purchase if units beyond the free trial (Unit 4 and up) have not been used.
- 30-day review pass: full refund within 7 days of purchase if there has been no study since the purchase.
Because digital content loses its value once it has been used, change-of-mind refunds outside these conditions are not available, as permitted by Korean consumer law. This is why we offer the free trial first.
Refunds you are always entitled to
- If the Service is not as described or not as agreed: within 3 months of starting to use it, and within 30 days of when you found out.
- If we shut the Service down: the unused part of your paid period.
If the law where you live gives you broader refund rights, those rights apply.
How to ask for a refund
- Email admin@weenu.com from your account email. Including the order number from your receipt helps us respond faster.
- Or use the link in the receipt email from Paddle, or visit paddle.net.
What happens next
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, so Paddle returns the money to your original payment method.
- We reply within 3 business days. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your card issuer or payment method.
- Once the refund is complete, the access time that purchase added is removed. Your learning history is kept.
- Free extra time from the 44-day promise is not refundable.
